AVTS (Associazione Veneta Treni Storici, or Historic Train Association of Veneto) is an association for social promotion devoted to the safeguarding and conservation of railway rolling stock of historical interest, the dissemination of culture and railway memory, and the organization of railway-related events, including historic trains, thanks to an agreement with Fondazione FS — which looks after and manages the Italian State Railways’ vast historic heritage.
